Returning An Item For Refund Or Exchange
Return requests are subject to HPS Performance Products' authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Upon receiving your return, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days. If the item is used, damaged, missing parts, or past the RMA# return date, then the return may be subject to a restocking fee.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damage Claims
Customers who receive a damaged part must call our Customer Service department within 30 days of receiving the item to generate a damage claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Failure to notify us within 30 days may forfeit your right to a damage claim. We do not accept RMA requests through email, fax, or voicemail message.
Items that fail or are damaged due to customer abuse, negligence, or improper installation techniques, are not returnable under any circumstances so please take care of the parts while they are in your possession.
The carrier will contact you to inspect and possibly retrieve the damaged part. Do not take it upon yourself to ship the item back to us or you will forfeit your right to a damage claim.
HPS Performance Products will pay for all freight charges incurred with a damaged claim.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call 626-747-9200 to start the RMA process.
We do not exchange unused orders. Please contact our Customer Service Department to request an RMA and then place a new order on our website. Upon receipt of the unused order, we will refund you the price of the items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
