HPS 2" 70 Degree Bend 6061 Aluminum Elbow Tubing 16 Gauge with 6" Leg Length and 2" Center Line of Radius is commonly used in industrial, automotive, marine and aerospace industry; Great for custom fabrication project such as DIY air intake, cooling systems, turbo intercooler piping setup because 6061 aluminum is the most popular and versatile alloy, and is the least expensive of the heat treatable aluminum alloys. HPS 2" (51mm) 70 Degree Bend aluminum round tubing is sold in the T6 condition, ideal for sawing, machining, sanding, and polishing. HPS 70 Degree Bend aluminum elbow pipe can be polished, but due to the softness of the aluminum, care must be taken not to remove too much material, especially in the area near any welds.

HPS is my go to source, always fast delivery, always quality product! My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 on this product is that you can't get longer ends. It would be AMAZING to be able to order a 70 degree bend in 3 inch aluminum with one side being 3 inches and the other side being 15.5 inches with a 3" bend radius instead of just fixed side lengths. I end up cutting off one side and then having to weld it to the other for a simple pipe. Not the end of the world, but that's what it would take to get 5 stars from me :)
