The HPS Performance billet hose unions are designed to be a premium quality connector for your hoses. These splicer adapter fittings are compatible with silicone and rubber hoses, and can be used with coolant, air, or fuel.
The unions are machined from aircraft grade 6061 aluminum for a light-weight and durable product. We anodize our unions to provide additional corrosion resistance. The multi-ribbed design ensures a tight, leak-proof seal without damaging your hoses. The stopper lets you perfectly center the hose without any guesswork and matches the wall thickness of most hoses. The compact design of the HPS billet splicer adapter fitting allows you to connect two hoses together in tight spaces with back-to-back bends.
We offer sizes ranging from 1/2" all the way up to 1-1/2" to cover most of your vehicle’s heating and cooling system needs. We recommend pairing the HPS billet hose unions with our HPS embossed stainless steel clamps.
